Custom Cut Stickers

Sticker yourself silly with our custom shaped individual stickers, perfect for adding that extra touch of fun to your business.

  • Make sure your surface is clean before applying the sticker, any residue may affect the quality of the adhesive.
  • Thoroughly cleaning and drying the surface of your product will help your stickers stick.
  • Don’t store your stickers anywhere with high levels of moisture. They may wrinkle and come away from your surface.
  • The adhesive is water based and won’t stick to anything hydrophobic or with an oil coating.
  • Our stickers are a great sustainable option, however we aren’t able to guarantee they will work for all surfaces and scenarios. We highly recommend testing our stickers with your products before making a full order, you can purchase a Sticker Sample Pack here.
  • All files submitted should be at 300DPI to ensure a high quality print.
  • Files should be submitted in PDF, PSD, or AI format.
  • Each sticker file must only contain one design. Use our handy multiple artworks tool to add more designs if you need them!
  • Avoid sharp corners when possible, as these can result in a frayed edge when the stickers are cut.
  • Each sticker requires a 1.5mm safe area inside the cut line, and a 1.5mm bleed area outside of the cut line.
  • Cut lines need to be supplied in magenta and as a separate layer within the file. Make sure your cut line is clear, so we know where to cut your stickers for you. Check out our guide to cut lines here if you need some help!
  • Artwork for the metallic ink finishing option should be supplied as a PDF. Any artwork which is to have a layer of metallic ink printed underneath should be in a separate layer called ‘metallic’ and must be a vector.

Our sticker sheets are made from a variety of a 100% or partly recycled face material with water based, recycling compatible acrylic using no volatile organic compounds. When applied, our stickers are recyclable or biodegradable.

The backing for the sticker sheets is made from a siliconised kraft. It is worth noting that whilst possible, the silicone backing is a little tricky to recycle at household recycling sites. Silicone is inert and free of toxins so would be better off composted.

Armadillo Weave Sticker

A unique embossed textured, white sticker paper in a herringbone pattern that shows through full colour printing adding depth and character.

Armadillo face material is an FSC® certified material made up of 60% ECF virgin fibres, 20% cotton fibres and 20% natural textile fibres.

Finish:

A premium textured surface with a defined herringbone embossed pattern, resembling fine tweed fabric.
