Envelope Liners

The cherry on top of the stationery cake, envelope liners are an impressive final touch!

 

Available for all our envelope sizes, download the template for the size you are looking for below and start designing. Liners are supplied with a crease and a curved tip, on our lightest paper stocks.

Please note that our envelope liner templates are suitable for our envelopes only, if you are sourcing envelopes from somewhere else you’ll need to order here and submit a cut line for your liner.

Your liners will be provided separately to your envelopes, for assembly at home.

  • Unicorn White is our reliable all-rounder. The house white stock is perfect for printing bright vibrant colours.
  • Elephant Natural adds a warmer tone to your colours when printed.
  • Palomino Grain is a beautifully textured off white stock, ideal for a premium finish – someone looking for luxury.
  • Oribi Straw is perfect for an vintage organic look, made from 100% recycled agricultural waste.
  • Files should be submitted in CMYK colour profile and at 300DPI.
  • Files need to have a 1.5mm bleed extending outside the cut line.
  • Download a template below for your liners, these are only suitable for use with our envelopes.
  • If you are purchasing your envelopes elsewhere, you’ll need to create your own cut line and purchase them as Custom Cut Shapes.
  • A copy of any aspect of the artwork that is to be printed in metallic should be included as a spot colour called “Silver” on the top-most layer within the artwork with overprint enabled and supplied as a PDF, AI or PSD file.
  •  For Fluoro Pink, artwork should include a spot colour called “FL Pink” indicating where you would like the Fluorescent Pink to be applied and supply the file as a PDF, AI or PSD.

All liners are fully recyclable and printed on our FSC® certified and responsibly sourced paper stocks, they are provided with a crease so they tuck perfectly into your envelopes.

Our Papers

Unicorn White

Our trusty Unicorn White stock has been around since day one at PRINT.WORK. It’s part of our core paper range and is suitable for everything from bold colour art prints, business stationery, recyclable flyers and printed postcards.

It’s an uncoated stock made from 100% genuine de-inked post consumer waste and FSC® certified. Made in an industry leading mill to strict ISO 14001 standards for environmental management, our Unicorn White is processed chlorine free (PCF) significantly reducing water contamination from processing.

Finish:

Smooth to the eye, textured to touch. This is our whitest paper that we have available – although worth noting that it is not a bright white stock – it has a more natural finish, with dark flecks throughout.
